Volunteers are essential to Halfway Home Animal Shelter, helping us rescue, care for, and find loving homes for animals in Tamarindo, Costa Rica. We have several volunteer opportunities available:

• Shelter Assistance: Feeding, grooming, walking, and socializing animals at our shelter.

• Farmers Market & Event Support: Representing Halfway Home at local events and farmers markets to raise awareness and encourage adoptions.

• Market Transport: Assisting with transportation of animals, equipment, and supplies to and from adoption events.

• Social Media & Photography: Helping create appealing content, including capturing high-quality images of animals to enhance adoption profiles and promote Halfway Home.

• Administrative Help: Supporting with administrative tasks, such as managing paperwork, updating animal records, and coordinating volunteers.

• Fundraising & Community Outreach: Organizing and participating in fundraising events and initiatives to support our rescue efforts.
